Workshop Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event your workshop is cancelled for any reason by the trainer, students will have the full fee they paid for the workshop refunded, or they may transfer to another workshop at the same level on a different date.
No liability for any other costs incurred by students will be accepted by the trainer. Every effort will be made to let you know as soon as possible if there should be a cancellation.
Refund Policy for Level 1 Workshops
Students may apply to transfer to another workshop within 6 months or transfer registration to another person if they are unable to attend – one transfer only and a transfer fee of $50 applies. No changes within 24 hours of workshop. Workshop refund policies are required to minimize the possibility of a workshop being cancelled due to late payment of fees or last minute withdrawals from training. The policies ensure that the cost of the change is borne by the person making the changes and provides more surety for those who have committed to training & travel plans.
Refund Policy for Level 2 & 3 Workshops
You may apply to transfer to another course within 12 months if you are unable to attend the workshop you have registered for. A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required prior to the commencement of the workshop to transfer. If unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another qualified candidate of your choice. There is a $100 transfer fee applicable. No warranty is made that another similar workshop will be available within that 12 month period.
Refund Policy for Level 2 & 3 Mentoring Program
Mentoring fees are payable in full prior to the commencement of the program via bank transfer or credit card. No refund is available once the mentoring program has begun. Further fees may be applicable if students need to extend their mentoring program.
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantee Act and Fair Trading Act apply and will be honoured fully.
If you are dissatisfied with the training provided, please discuss this with me first. If we cannot resolve the issue you may apply for EFTi support in resolving the issue.
