You see finding a way to be more peaceful, useful and happy has been a lifelong focus for me, and I've used many methods along the way to help me do that. I came to realise that it wasn't something anyone else could do for me, I had to pick myself up and make it happen.
Discovering EFT was brilliant as it gave me a simple tool I could use for myself, and no matter what, I could begin moving out of pain and into freedom, and I could guide others in this process too.
Right from the start it made a difference for me, and it can for you too. It's hard working in a helping profession when the tools are slow and just don't get the lasting results you and your clients are hoping for. Tapping gets things moving, providing motivation and inspiration for you and your clients. I've found EFT to be a marvellous adjunct to other strategies I'd learnt along the way, a catalyst that enhances and energizes the process.
